SUPPORTING OUR STATE, to the tune of almost $10,000

New Staff Solutions has donated $7K to the Premier’s Disaster Relief Appeal and $1500 To St Vincent’s Flood Appeal.

“We worked for free in December,” New Staff Solutions’ Director Peta Simpson explains, “whereby we discounted our standard recruitment fees by 25% and promised to donate the fees to charity. All our clients have chosen the Premier’s Disaster Relief Appeal, which is no surprise given the devastation our state has seen.”

Director of Projex North, Daryl Walker is one of those clients, and says “New Staff Solutions significant donation to charity in December was a wonderful gesture and is testament to their community spirit. As a previous resident of Brisbane, I was pleased to learn of New Staff Solutions’ commitment to assisting the Flood Relief efforts”.

Further to that donation, they were excited to host renowned speaker and author, Sergio Carlo Maresca at two separate functions, one for employers and jobseekers, with all proceeds donated to St Vincent de Paul’s flood appeal. Total donations reached $1500.

New Staff Solutions’ Director Peta Simpson, said “On the back of the fallout from the GFC, coupled with our tragic weather, life’s tough – for those both seeking work and those struggling to keep people in work. The two bodies we’ve donated to, will certainly know how best to use the $10,000”.
